Dear Aspirants, Dr. RACHANA RAJEEV With the setting up of Rajeev Education Trust (RET) in 1998,
The slogan of Rajeev Education Trust (RET), "Excellence and Service," embodies a rich tradition. With Dr. V Rajeev being the guiding light of the trust, we are led onto the road of imparting information and nurturing young minds. We have seen this institution's consistent expansion throughout the years, from its founding in all academic disciplines. The Almighty's favor and blessings, the college's leadership, and everyone else who contributed in building such a solid foundation are the cornerstones of its success. After 26 years of operation as a trust, it's time to go from excellent to outstanding. As we approach closer to our next milestone, we aim at becoming a great institution by leveling up our growth curve. Our goal is to foster a culture of ethical responsibility, critical thinking, and curiosity in our students so that they can go on to lead and effect changes in the world. Let's cultivate a lively culture of inquiry and bolster our research capacities. Let the creation and sharing of information be our aim. Let our interdisciplinary collaboration and engagement with academic communities, companies, and the government demonstrate our passion for excellence. Let's work to address urgent societal issues, advance our institution's progress, and become trailblazing by modeling the change we want to see in the world. We will make great progress toward fulfilling the objective of our college and attaining greatness in all areas if we build on our strengths, embrace innovation, and foster a collaborative atmosphere. I firmly believe that we can take our institution to higher levels of success and prominence by embracing innovation and utilizing our combined capabilities. In order to establish an engaging and welcoming academic environment, I am looking forward to collaborating with the learner’s community. Strong organizational structure, a dedicated teaching-learning atmosphere, and a significant research culture are what I see.
